Apply - Complete our Application form. This will give us general information about the borrower, the subject property and a brief description of the purpose for the loan.
Step 2
Get Pre-Approved - Initial response will be given within hours and the Term sheet will be sent to the borrower for signature.
Step 3
Send Documents - Detailed due diligence and document gathering begins.
Step 4
Receive Loan - After all requirements are met, title will be ordered and escrow opened and the Loan documents will be finalized.

Managing Partner
Based in Los Angeles. Has many years of real estate audit experience and has been investing in real estate for the past 10 years. The 2012 launch of Real Value represented an efficient vehicle for Mr. Taitz to source, originate and service bridge loans for a wide variety of property types, providing diversification and continuity of cash flow. Prior to forming Real Value Loans, Mr. Taitz spent 2 years helping build out the country’s largest digital out of home advertising network in over 4,000 stores. The 6 years before that, Mr. Taitz helped lead an ATM company through tremendous growth and eventual sale. Mr. Taitz began his career as an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen, KPMG and BDO Seidman. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Science and a Higher Diploma in Taxation from the University of South Africa.
